The ETHChicago Hackathon is a three-day builder and creative IRL event where participants compete to win bounties sponsored by our partners. Bounties consist of tying together new technologies in the blockchain space, innovating and learning from each other about existing blockchain tools, or solving real-world use cases with the unique properties of decentralized technology.
Friday, September 15th, 2023 (club open from 12pm~10:30pm)
Hackathon will start around 3 pm in the EAST Room on the 67th floor with a hackathon bounty announcement explaining further rules, prizes, etc.
- Team forming sessions
- Workshops are led in the Lincoln Stage until the Opening Ceremony in the East Room at 5:00 pm.
The hackathon will continue through the evening until close.
Saturday, September 16th, 2023 (club open from 9am~10:30pm)
The venue opens in the morning with speaking events and workshops throughout the day until close.

Sunday, September 17th, 2023 (club open from 9am~5pm)
Hackathon submissions support 9:00-10:00 am.
Submissions are due at 10:00 am.
Judges will filter out projects until 12:00. (set up hackathon presentation signups)
Presentations start at 1:30 ending at 2:45.
Closing ceremonies and winner announcements at 3:00 pm.
The next step on bounties is handled.
