HomeVestors DAO breaks down these barriers through property fractionalization, innovative tokenomics, and an asset-backed stable coin.

With HomeVestors DAO, you can invest in property through Loan Non-fungible Tokens (LNFTs), which represent £1000 of equity within a property. These tokens cover 75% of a property's purchase price without granting ownership of future capital appreciation. Additionally, our asset-backed stable coin, HGB, pegged to the pound (GBP), can be exchanged for LNFTs at a fixed rate, maintaining its value through arbitrage opportunities.

Capital Appreciation Non-fungible Tokens (CANFTs) offer liquid ownership of property with smaller upfront costs. Each CANFT represents £50 of property equity, equating to 25% of a property's purchase price and granting 100% ownership of future capital appreciation.
