<h2>Rules and Terms 📜</h2> Welcome to the Swell City Buildathon! Below are the official rules to ensure a fair, innovative, and productive competition. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<h3> 1. Eligibility</h3><ul><li>This hackathon is open to everyone—no restrictions on experience, background, or location.</li><li>You can participate solo or in a team (max 5 members).</li></ul> ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <h3>2. Project Requirements</h3><ul><li>New or Existing Projects → You can build something from scratch or expand an existing project.<ul><li>If submitting an existing project, you must specify what was developed before the hackathon and provide evidence of what was built during the hackathon.</li></ul></li><li>Tech Stack → Projects must be built on Swell. Beyond that, you can use any additional tools, frameworks, or third-party integrations.</li><li>AI &amp; External Tools → AI-generated code, open-source libraries, and third-party APIs are allowed.
