Hacking, rules and submission⚠️ The hackathon starts on Friday May 9th at 10:00 CET⚠️ The submission deadline through the TAIKAI platform is May 11th at 10:00 CETETHDam Hacking Rules 📜<ul><li>ETHDam is happening IRL </li><li>You cannot copy, use or submit another team's source code;</li><li>The decision of judges is final in the determination of prizes and awards;</li><li>Bounties are in the hands of our hackathon partners, which need to reward all hackers max 2 weeks after ETHDam; </li><li>All code for projects must be written during the event, there can be no previously written code submitted to the judging process;</li><li>All participants must hold a valid hacker ticket for ETHDam for their submission to be considered;</li><li>Please comply with all instructions provided by ETHDam organizers and volunteers, and respect our Code of Conduct</li></ul>Minimum requirements to be judged   <ul><li>A link to the open-source code;</li><li>A short demo video and/or presentation to describe the goal and use case of your project and to be used during the Pitches;</li><li>If applicable, the contract address(es) and/or website urls of your deployed demo/presentation must be provided, either on a testnet of your choice or mainnet of a platform of choice </li></ul>The Otter Track  🦦Otter Track is dedicated to existing projects. During the hackathon, you must add a feature, giving you the chance to present a polished project on the main stage. <ul><li>1 member needs to be present in person to present on the main stage, Sunday April 14th</li><li>There are no bounties for this track</li><li>Submit project to be selected in the OtterTrack </li></ul>Privacy, Security and AI Tracks 🔒💰<ul><li>You will also find bounties from our sponsors </li></ul>Submission Guidelines 📝You have to create your project on TAIKAI for submission before Sunday May 11th at 10:00 ⚠️. HACKATHON FAQDelighted to welcome you as a hacker for our 3rd edition of ETHDam, taking place this April 12-14 2024, in Amsterdam at Pakhuis de Zwijger. We’ve put together this guide to help you navigate through the logistics, the events and quirks of this conference and hackathon. 👉 ETHDam 2025 Hacker Handbook (coming soon) LOGISTICSPlatform Two platforms to answer all your questions, and ensure a smooth hackathon for all. <ul><li>Taikai - where all hackers must register and submit their projects </li><li>Discord - to chat with the team and ping mentors</li></ul>Tickets <ul><li>Hackers do not need to purchase a ticket </li><li>Hacker need to apply via Taikai and will be approved in waves, every 2 weeks </li><li>Once approved, hackers will be able to redeem their free hacker ticket on Moongate </li><li>Regular attendees need to purchase tickets via Moongate </li></ul>Location address Pakhuis de Zwijger: Piet Heinkade 179, 1019 HC Amsterdam Sleeping at the venueYes, hackers can spend the night at the venue on Friday and Saturday night, don’t expect anything fancy. We will transform the 2nd stage (5th floor) on both nights, into a chill space for you to rest between intense coding sessions. No showers available. Pack a toothbrush, deodorant and a sleeping bag.On the ground floor, you can find lockers to safekeep your belongings, a 2EUR coin is required (it is returned to you once you are done using it).P2p housing (coming soon)You might prefer to have your own crib, and want to couch surf with the locals?
