Atlas — From Scattered Information to Insight

Atlas is an AI assistant for product development and R&D teams. Our projects follow the innovation pipeline's best practices: six phases from Ideation to Launch, with a decision at every gate. Running them spreads information across network folders, e-mail and OneDrive. Atlas brings it back together.

What Atlas does

• Finds where each project stands. You name the project and where to look. Atlas gathers the evidence read-only, compares trial results with controls and specifications, and identifies the current phase and step, citing its sources.
• Writes the reports. It keeps one cumulative status report per project, with the current phase in full and the key results of each earlier phase. It ends with a launch report or a closure report, and adds executive reports per project and for the portfolio, in Portuguese and English.
• Checks every Monday. It flags deliverables that are pending or overdue, trial dates that slip from the plan, pending decisions and other deviations. It also drafts reminders and meeting invitations for internal and external partners.
• Prepares meetings. Before team meetings, phase reviews, partner meetings or management meetings, it writes a one-page briefing with decisions to take, open questions, proposed actions and sources.
• Supports the budget cycle. It sorts projects into continuing, ending and new, then forecasts the people, tests, materials, industrial trials and equipment needed each quarter. The result comes as an Excel file, summary slides and a one-page briefing.

Safe by design E-mail and calendar are read-only. Atlas never sends a message or creates an event on its own, never invents data, and keeps internal documents inside the company. You review every draft, and you decide what gets sent.

For the whole team Atlas is available as a team bot. Each colleague connects their own e-mail and files.
