That's why we've made it a <strong>bounty-driven hackathon</strong>, with 90% of the prize pool allocated to bounties. 10% of the prizes will contribute to the overall prize pool, which will be awarded to the 10 best projects.</p><h2>🎖️$8,000 for the Top 10 Projects</h2><p>We are pleased to announce that we will be rewarding a total of $8,000 to the top 10 best projects. Key features like return statements, mutable variables, and pattern matching are among the standout improvements.</p><p>Moreover, CAIRO 1.0 is accompanied by a completely revamped core library that has been reengineered to be more developer-friendly. With the inclusion of features such as arrays, dictionaries, a panic function, integer types, and assertions, this library boosts the clarity and readability of the code. <h2>RULES OF THE PRAGMA CAIRO 1.0 HACKATHON</h2><p>Before reading the Rules of this Challenge, we kindly advise you to check our General User Terms &amp; Conditions and Privacy Policy of the TAIKAI Platform.</p><h3>Eligibility</h3><ul><li>Attendees from all backgrounds, genders, and geographies are welcome. There is no age restriction to attend the hackathon.</li><li>Committee members are not eligible to participate in the hackathon. They may, however, assist teams as mentors during the coding/development phase.</li><li>Each team can include up to 6 hackers.</li><li>The submission has to be written in Cairo 1.0</li></ul><h3>Submissions Process</h3><p>On the 25th of June, the participants will have to publish their project on the platform. These projects are comprised of:</p><ul><li><p>Code on Cairo 1.0 submitted as a public Github repository according to the hackathon deadlines</p></li><li><p>Video/Slide Presentation with audio about the project</p></li></ul><p>Each team may only submit one project each. </p><p>All projects must be created from scratch during the course of the Hacking for Pragma event. </p><p>All the attachments, video, and resources with more than 15Mb might be uploaded to external websites like (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and provided as links in the project description.</p><p>Hackers guarantee that the content of the Project consists only of their Team’s contributions and none others. </p><h3>Evaluation Matrix Criteria</h3><p>To be announced !</p>
