Project Overview

ResQBridge is an AI-powered emergency assistance and healthcare coordination platform designed to empower nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and underserved communities.

During emergencies, people often struggle to access timely assistance because of fragmented communication, limited resources, and inefficient coordination between NGOs and volunteers.

ResQBridge addresses this challenge by combining OutSystems with Agentic AI to streamline emergency requests, recommend priorities, identify available resources, and support faster, better-informed decisions.

Our Solution

The platform enables individuals and field volunteers to submit emergency assistance requests, while specialized AI agents work together to analyze incoming information, suggest appropriate resources, and assist NGO coordinators.

Human coordinators remain responsible for approving critical decisions and volunteer assignments.

Agentic AI Implementation

3. Resource Matching Agent: Identifies suitable available volunteers and assistance resources.
4. Coordination Agent: Prepares assignment recommendations, follow-ups, and status updates.
