Addithalam Connect – A Learning Circle That Fits in a Pocket

Addithalam Connect is a mobile-first learning community designed to empower underprivileged students, college learners, and women learners with access to free IT learning resources, volunteer mentorship, and practical skill development.

The platform brings learners and mentors together through a public technical discussion forum, private topic-based mentoring chats, personalised IT trend briefs, curated free learning resources, and Alaivarisai (அலைவரிசை) — a library of free and open podcasts. Learners can also explore free training batches and register their interest in programs offered by Addithalam Foundation.

With a focus on accessibility, community learning, and learner safety, Addithalam Connect helps users discover relevant learning opportunities, share knowledge, practise in-demand skills, and learn at their own pace — even when access to a laptop or paid courses is limited.

The platform also prioritises trust and safety by enabling users to report suspicious placement offers, requests for money, identity-document requests, spam, and unsafe content, while providing the foundation team with moderation capabilities.

Our vision: Make quality IT learning and mentorship more accessible, one learner and one skill at a time.

Our principle: All listed training is free. Learning support does not guarantee a job, interview, internship, or placement.
