FoodBridge AI connects surplus food with communities that need it through nonprofit partners. Built on OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), the platform uses an AI agent to match donations with NGO requests based on food type, quantity, location, collection window, and recipient capacity.

Beyond matching, the agent proposes collection plans, tracks confirmations, and suggests alternative recipients or volunteers when a pickup falls through. Donors and NGO coordinators approve key actions, while the platform records completed deliveries and measures the quantity of food redistributed and coordination time saved.
