• Requirement extraction: an AI agent reads the funder’s call for proposals and lists eligibility rules, required sections, and deadlines.
• Gap analysis: the agent checks the NGO’s draft against those requirements and flags what’s missing or weak.
• Improvement suggestions: clear, actionable recommendations for each gap.
• Deadline reminders: WhatsApp/SMS alerts via Twilio so no submission is missed.
• Staff dashboard: track every application, its readiness score, and its status in one place.
