Ventuals brings the power of Hyperliquid perps to the most innovative private companies in the world – a multi-trillion dollar asset class that normal investors have been locked out of.

On Ventuals, you can:

• Long or short private companies like Cursor, OpenAI, and SpaceX
• Trade with up to 10x leverage

🛠️ How It Works

We utilized the Hyperliquid HIP-3 standard (Builder Deployed Perpetuals) to deploy custom perps markets.

The price oracle is constructed using a blended weighting of offchain data feeds and an EMA of the perp mark price (Hyperp model) to tether the onchain price to real secondary  market transactions while still allowing for price discovery on the perps market.
