For the purpose of development and testing, it was used sales data from small stores of SONAE MC, available on the public database https://data.reach-incubator.eu/dataset, and it was designed a store layout to provide contextual location of all products. The following demo showcases the process to get actionable insights using flow and behavioural information about shoppers in-store, to optimize the assortment of products, improve stock management and increase sales organically:
1. Segmentation of shoppers by purchase patterns, with custom labels;
2. Generation of store (from excel file) with random products' location;
3. Assortment optimization of categories in the store, based on purchase behaviours and shoppers' flow;
4. Heatmap visualization based on potential flow of shoppers;
5. Discount Strategy based on price sensibility and impulsive shoppers' behaviours;
6. Addition of new products through cross store analysis.
