zkVerify addresses a core challenge in the Web3 ecosystem: the computationally heavy and expensive verification of zero-knowledge proofs (ZK proofs). Instead of requiring every blockchain or application to implement its own verifier, zkVerify serves as a universal verification layer.

Applications, rollups, ZK-based bridges, and off-chain computation protocols can submit proofs to zkVerify, which verifies them efficiently and publishes attestations on-chain. The protocol supports multiple proof systems—including Groth16, RISC-Zero, and others—and provides a standardized, low-cost way to handle verification at scale.

With the launch of its mainnet and native token $VFY, zkVerify becomes key infrastructure for modular, scalable blockchain architectures. By externalizing verification, developers gain lower costs, higher performance, and greater interoperability across the ZK ecosystem.
