My life has never been linear. Three countries, several different occupations, today I live between Rio de Janeiro in Brazil where I am the managing partner of magellan IP, an intellectual property firm, and Lisbon in Portugal, where I have fun seeing my kids grow and showing them that "office" is anywhere we are connected.

I've always believed in being as hands on as possible in anything we work with in life, not only to be able to actually accomplish those goals, but to effectively manage the teams carrying them out.

The future is not a pretty place for the overspecialised, as they will be at the mercy of anyone who can see (and create) the big picture.

As once history and classical music were the cultural hallmarks of the educated, today we must also include science, math, and technology as the things needed to be a prepared person, for everything in life.
