Leonard is a seasoned researcher, AI engineer, software architect, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building scalable, high-impact digital products. He is the founder and CEO of Codebyte LLC (UAE) and the creator of /PULSE, a next-generation environment for building AI-agent-powered products used in various domains and industries.

With a Ph.D. focused on models in economics and a strong background in banking and finance, Leonard brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and business acumen. His work spans artificial intelligence (GPT, NLP, ASR), full-stack engineering, and distributed systems.

Over the years, he has delivered solutions for global organizations, including HP, Airbus Defence and Space, Bayer, Airbnb, Boeing, Dynamic Advanced Center UAE, United Nations, Lennar US and Bioinsights US.

Leonard is also an award-winning hackathon participant (HackSecret 2023, ETH Istanbul 2023) and a recognized Toptal engineer. Currently, he is building the next generation of Human + AI collaboration tools through /Pulse, enabling businesses to deploy intelligent agents seamlessly across digital channels.
