1. ORGANIZATION OF THE CHALLENGE

The AI CHAIN NEAR Tunisia Hackathon on Hackbox aims to foster innovation, community building, skill development, growth of the NEAR ecosystem, prototype development, and prize incentives. Here are the rules for the hackathon:


2. Eligibility: 

The hackathon is open to any individuals interested in developing innovative AI solutions on Web3 using NEAR Protocol.


3. Team Formation: 

Participants can form teams of up to 2 members. Solo participants are also allowed.


4. Project Scope:

 Projects should focus on developing innovative AI solutions on Web3 using NEAR Protocol. Projects can be related to any industry or use case.


5. Code of Conduct:

 Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.


6. Submission: 

Projects must be submitted on Taikai by the june's first at 3pm(Tunisia Time). Submissions should include the project's code hosted on GitHub,  description of the project, a demo video, and any relevant documentation.


7. Judging Criteria: 

Projects will be judged based on creativity, technical, usefulness, and presentation.


8 . Prizes:

 Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 projects, including NEAR tokens and other rewards.


9. Intellectual Property:

 Participants retain intellectual property rights to their projects.


10. Compliance: 

Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers.


11. Disqualification: 

Participants may be disqualified for violating the rules or code of conduct.
