I worked on the digital innovation team at BNDES creating and developing the Brasil Blockchain Network (Rede Blockchain Brasil) - a public-permissioned network created by BNDES and TCU - in which I was able to explore multi-signature solutions for the permissioning of nodes and network addresses, I was able to develop code in Solidity with the operating rules of permissioning, I was able to understand and follow the functioning of the nodes at the network level and monitor them using Prometheus and Grafana. I explored several features of Hyperledger Besu to control network usage, such as some monitoring plugins and the use of permissions to enable anyone to synchronize a node on the network without sending transactions through it.
