EUDIS Hackathon and Mentorship - ITALY Autumn

Day 1 - 17 October, Friday: 15.00 - 20.00 CEST

• 15.00 - 16.00: Welcome with the European Central Hub, Hackathon presentation.
• 16.00 - 18.00: Institutional keynotes within the defence and industrial domain.
• 18:00 - 18:30: Checkpoint with central hub
• 18:30 - 20:00: Cocktail Dinatoire 

Day 2 - 18 October, Saturday: 9.30 - 20.00 CEST

• 9.30 - 13.30: Good morning with the Italian EUDIS Hackathon team, rules recap, hacking time and meeting with mentors.
• 13.30 - 14.30: Lunch Time
• 14.30 - 20.00: Hacking time, meeting with mentors, checkpoint with central hub and pitch training, "share your ideas" and photobooth activities on the side.

Day 3 - 19 October, Sunday: 9.30 - 18.30 CEST

• 9.30 - 13.00: Last day welcome with the central hub, hacking time and meeting with mentors.
• 13.00: Submission deadline.
• 13.00 - 14.00: Lunch Time.
• 14.00 - 15.30: Pitching session.
• 15.30 - 17.00: Jury Deliberation.
• 17.00 - 18.30: Awarding, final remarks, goodbye.
