🏆The EUDIS Prize 

Hackathon Weekend Winners: Each of the eight hackathon locations will select one winning team, resulting in a total of eight winners. These teams will be invited to participate in a 2-month EUDIS Mentoring Programme, receiving up to 40 hours of mentorship from international experts in defence and business innovation development.

EU-Wide Pitching Finals: Upon completing the mentoring programme, the eight winning teams will compete in an EU-wide pitching final. The top three teams from this competition will be invited to showcase their ideas, solutions, or prototypes at a prominent technology or defence event. The organisers will cover travel, accommodation, and event ticket costs for these teams.


  EUDIS Hackathon - Germany - Local Prizes 

🏆 1st Place: €5,000 + The team that takes first place will receive a custom workshop from Palladion Defence Accelerator at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich — a hub for defence and dual-use innovation. Palladion is Germany’s first accelerator within the NATO-DIANA framework, offering startups and innovators access to defence expertise, test and validation facilities, mentorship, and commercial guidance. 

Shape your defence use case: This hands-on workshop guides participants through the essentials of business development in the defence sector, covering a short defence market introduction, capability alignment and use case shaping. It is designed as a 3-hour use case development workshop for your idea and focuses on helping you to understand the defence market. Depending on your needs, we will cover the following topics: 1: Identify the Problem – Guide participants to define the problem.  2: Refine the Solution – Refine the proposed solution ("fix") to the defined problem.  3: Identify the Market – Identify and characterize the target market for the solution. 4: Call to Action –  Participants structure and deliver a short pitch with clear call to action.
