<h2><strong>ETH Brussels 2023 - 9 to 11 June</strong></h2><p>Join us in Brussels for 3 days of intense hacking focused on the Ethereum ecosystem!<br />Application is open to everyone, but the selection and curation of candidates will be done by the organizing team.<br />Hackers will work in teams (up to 5 members) and have access to the site all along the event.<br />The event will follow a hybrid format, with at least one team member required to be present on-site, while the others can join remotely.</p><p>Participation is free of charge. </p><p>Location: <strong>Campus 19 Brussels</strong> (BeCentral, on top of the Brussels Central Station).</p><h2><br />Scope </h2><p>This is an "open track" hackathon where participants are free to build any project as long as it is connected to the Ethereum Ecosystem. <h2>Hacking and Rules</h2><p>Hacker teams are made up of a maximum of 5 people.<br />The event will follow a hybrid format, with at least one team member required to be present on-site, while the others can join remotely.</p><p><br /></p><p>Submission Deadline⏳</p><p>The submission deadline is June 11th at ⏱ TBA . The submission should be done on TAIKAI platform. Check the submission guidelines on the Overview tab.</p><p>Hacking Rules   </p><ul><li>ETHBrussels is happening primarily IRL. Hackers can only participate remotely if they have a member present at the venue to be judged in-person;</li><li>All projects must be related to the Ethereum blockchain;</li><li>You cannot copy, use or submit another team's source code;</li><li>All code for projects must be written during the event, there can be no previously written code submitted to the judging process;</li><li>The judges’ decision is final in terms of determining prizes and awards;</li><li>Please comply with all instructions provided by ETHBrussels organizers and volunteers;</li><li>Please respect our Code of Conduct!</li></ul><p>Minimum requirements to be judged   </p><ul><li>A link to the open-source code;</li><li>A short demo video and/or presentation to describe the goal and use case of your project and to be used during the Pitches;</li><li>If applicable, the contract address(es) and/or website urls of your deployed demo/presentation must be provided, either on a testnet of your choice or mainnet of a platform of choice.</li></ul><p>If you have any questions please head over to our Discord group.</p>
