Hi, The Qatar Airways Budapest Office assisted me beyond my expectations. I was nervous when I arrived after having lost access to my booking through a typo in an email. The lady at the counter peacefully located my booking, resolved the email, and even printed out all the flight information for me. What impressed me was how courteous and patient she was, even though it was clearly my mistake. Qatar Airways already has wonderful in-flight staff, and their ground staff at Budapest is up to that level. I'd definitely go again for anything travel-related—it's a very reassuring experience when working with flights.
