<h2>HACKATHON</h2><h3>When does the hackathon start?</h3>Good question! The hacking starts on Saturday 20th, 9am sharp. All projects have to be submitted via Taikai on Sunday 21st, 2pm EXTRA SHARP. 19th of April, Pre hackathon event - online, meet the mentors, projects - launch of the All Stars Track <h3>Can I hack remotely?</h3>All team members have to be present, IRL at the venue. This does not apply to the All Stars Track, as only 1 person from the team needs to be present on the main stage, May 21st. <h3> What is the All Stars Track? ⭐</h3>NEW, SHINY THING ON THE BLOCK - NEVER SEEN OR DONE BEFORE, MUCH WOW<ul><li style="text-align:left;margin-left:3em">Inviting past ETH hackathon winners to hack in the All Stars Track</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-left:3em">Start hacking from home on April 19th  </li><li style="text-align:left;margin-left:3em">Build on existing or new project</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-left:3em">Present on stage a polished product on Sunday 21st of May </li></ul><div> </div>COMPETE FOR GLORY  (maybe also a chance to become the next unicorn in the space, yes we are all investors)<h3> What platform are you using for the hackathon?</h3>We are using Taikai and <a href="https://discord.gg/XJVjpCqQBz" target="_blank">Discord</a> to keep track of all the cats.  <h2>ATTENDING</h2><h3>Who can attend?</h3>We are happy to see all kinds of crypto-folk at our event, but the priority will be given to DeFi and Privacy buidlers.If you are under 18 at the time of the event, you are allowed to participate, but your parent/legal guardian must agree to our application waiver. For under 18 application please shoot us a personal email at hello@cryptocanal.org so we can assist you.<h3>How much does ETHDam cost to attend?</h3>ETHDam is free to attend for all approved hackers, speakers, mentors and volunteers. The attendee tickets go on sale late March, stay up to tune with our Twitter and Telegram not to miss your early bird ticket!<h3>How long until my application is processed?</h3>We are working hard to be as fast as we can but we are only human (and our in house guinea pig, although she is only in charge of moral support). Please be patient!To complain about the wait feel free to seek support on our Discord or Telegram community. Or just silently cry in your pillow at midnight, like the rest of us.<h3>I was accepted to ETHDam, can I bring my mum, or my mates, or my mates mum?</h3>No. All applicants must apply individually, wether to attend or to hack.<h3>Do I get a participation certificate at the end?</h3>Have you heard of POAPs? You will be able to claim yours at the conference, spot the tablets and scan and redeem your unique "NFT"<h3>I was selected but can't attend the event, what do I do?</h3>Please let us know.
