Independent engineer building infrastructure across BIOS, operating systems, AI, satellite mesh, and programmable financial primitives. Background: full-stack development, machine learning, remote sensing, and smart-contract systems.
Past: Nvidia server-repair lead supporting $6-18M/week in AI compute hardware throughput. Insurance industry data + workflow systems prior. CompTIA trifecta certified (Security+, Network+, A+).
Current focus: parametric financial instruments tied to Earth observation — turning satellite-verified physical-world signals into programmable, sovereign-grade settlement rails. The CopernicusLAC hackathon is the first public deployment of this stack.
US-based, IDB-member-country citizenship, available for the 6-12 month pilot implementation. Open to LAC collaborators.
