Overview

Apro-Vision is a B2B SaaS compliance triage engine designed to solve the fashion industry's most critical blind spot: Tier-2 industrial water pollution. Under the new EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and CSRD regulations, European brands face fines of up to 5% of their global turnover for environmental crimes committed by their indirect suppliers. Relying on easily falsified "paper audits" to monitor dye houses in the Global South is no longer a viable strategy.

Apro-Vision closes this visibility gap by translating Copernicus Sentinel-2 multispectral satellite data into actionable legal intelligence. We act as an early-warning risk radar, detecting anomalous water signatures (toxic dye dumping, heavy metals) near textile processing sites. We empower brands to track, prevent, and remediate water pollution before regulators intervene.

Features & Functionality

We bypass supplier self-reporting by looking at objective reality from space. Apro-Vision ingests Copernicus Sentinel-2 feeds and applies automated geospatial processing to monitor water basins adjacent to major textile hubs.

Target Users & Use Cases

Our primary users are Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), Procurement Managers, and ESG Compliance Teams at mid-market European fashion and apparel brands. We also target ESG compliance consultancies looking for scalable auditing tools.

• Use Cases: Continuous proactive monitoring of global Tier-2 supplier networks (e.g., in Bangladesh, India, or Vietnam).

• Supplier Verification: Cross-referencing supplier self-assessments against objective satellite metrics to eliminate greenwashing.

Development Progress

During the CASSINI Hackathon, we successfully developed a high-fidelity, enterprise-grade MVP. We built a responsive React-based frontend featuring a dynamic compliance dashboard, an interactive geospatial mapping interface (Leaflet) with pollution overlays, and data-driven Recharts for historical toxicity tracking.

On the backend, we structured a functional FastAPI architecture with API routing (/api/suppliers, /api/scan) ready to ingest live data from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem. We have successfully mapped the legal translation logic, ensuring the platform bridges the gap between raw space data and EU compliance frameworks.

Business Model

Apro-Vision operates on a scalable, high-margin B2B SaaS model. We offer tiered annual subscriptions based on the volume of monitored suppliers (e.g., €2,000/month for continuous monitoring of up to 500 supplier locations).

Our Go-To-Market strategy is aggressive and direct: the "Smoke Test." We target procurement officers, offering 3 free satellite scans of their riskiest suppliers. By instantly exposing the pollution their paper audits missed, we prove the immediate ROI of our "Legal Shield" software. Value is delivered through avoided regulatory fines, faster remediation, and unshakeable supply chain transparency.
