• Sentinel-1 Satellites: Checks if soil is already wet to catch farmers who irrigate unnecessarily.

• Galileo OSNMA: Stamps water meters with unhackable GPS locations and times so data can't be faked.
  Registry Integration: Plugs into the Hungarian Water and Farm registries for total transparency.

• Waste Score: Subtracts "needed water" from "actual water used" to flag high-waste farms.

• Inspector Dashboard: A color-coded map that tells officials exactly which farm to inspect today.

• Auto Alerts: Sends an email the moment a farm's waste score crosses a dangerous limit.
