AIRA+ is an AI-powered, satellite-enhanced emergency response system designed to revolutionize the way critical medical help is requested, dispatched, and managed. When every second counts, AIRA+ ensures rapid coordination between users, healthcare providers, and emergency vehicle, both manned and unmanned through intelligent automation and satellite connectivity.

🧠 Core Features

  1. Smart Emergency Request Initiation
    Users can trigger a distress signal in two intuitive ways:
    1. Traditional voice call to emergency services (e.g. 118)
    2. AI-assisted reporting: Describe the situation using voice notes, text, or photos.
      1. Speech-to-text: Trasncription powered by OpenAI's Whisper.
      2. Image captioning: Situation inferred via BLIP (Bootstrapping Language Image Pretraining)
  2. Autonomus Dispatch Algorithm
    AIRA+ intelligently assesses the emergency type and orchestrates the most effective response by:
    1. Analyzing resource availability.
    2. Calculating real-time proximity via satellite geolocalization.
    3. Initiating autonomus dispatch of appropriate assets ambulances, helicopters, or drones equipped with first aid kits, AEDs, and life-savings medications.
  3. Satellite-Enhanced Routing
    Our routing engine dynamically optimizes both aerial and ground paths, considering:
    1. Real-time weather conditions.
    2. Terrain morphology and accessability.
    3. Airspace and road traffic data.
  4. Hospital Control Panel
    Every healthcare facility is equipped with a powerful admin dashboard that includes:
    1. Real-time asset tracking map (vehicles, drones, etc.)
    2. Emergency history with patient and medical details.
    3. Inventory of operational assets with data on:
      1. Battery/fuel levels
      2. Maintenance logs
      3. Availability status
