The Problem

AI agents are starting to decide what people buy.

But the entire digital advertising industry was built for humans clicking banners, links, and search results.

Agents do not click ads. They reason, compare options, and make decisions autonomously.

Current advertising infrastructure was never designed for this shift.

The Solution

Bido is the monetization layer behind AI decisions.

We allow brands to appear exactly at the moment an AI agent is deciding which product, service, or recommendation to choose.

Instead of paying for impressions or clicks, brands pay for qualified consideration inside the agent reasoning flow.

How It Works

  1. An AI agent detects commercial intent from a user request
  2. Bido runs a real-time auction between relevant sponsors
  3. The winning sponsor is injected into the agent context before the final decision
  4. The agent can autonomously accept or ignore the sponsored recommendation
  5. If the recommendation is used, settlement happens instantly on-chain through Solana

Bido is not an ad network for humans.

It is infrastructure for agentic commerce.

Why Solana

AI agents require something traditional internet infrastructure was never designed to support:

  • Machine-to-machine payments
  • Instant settlement
  • Ultra-low fees
  • Scalable micropayments
  • On-chain reputation
  • Privacy-preserving transactions

Web2 infrastructure completely breaks under this model.

Stripe charges around ~$0.30 per transaction.

An AI economy operating with millions of autonomous decisions simply cannot sustain those costs.

On Solana, a transaction costs around ~$0.0005.

That completely changes the economics of the model.

Bido uses Solana as the settlement layer for AI decisions because it enables a new category of commerce that is not economically viable on traditional infrastructure.

Infrastructure Stack

  • Kora → gasless USDC transactions
  • Solana Attestations → on-chain agent reputation per interaction
  • ZK Compression → massive cost reduction for scalable records
  • Cloak → encrypted sponsor privacy and protected bidding flows

With Solana + ZK Compression, storing 1 million records can cost approximately ~$50.

Comparable infrastructures can cost anywhere from thousands to millions of dollars at the same scale.

This is not just optimization.

Without near-zero fees and scalable settlement, the AI agent economy simply does not work.

Solana is not a choice.

It is a prerequisite.

Traction

Bido won The Garage Demo Day, one of the leading early-stage builder initiatives in the Solana ecosystem.

During this hackathon, our focus has been to further improve the product by building:

  • The Bido SDK for seamless AI agent integrations
  • The Bido CLI for testing intent

Our goal is to make agent monetization plug-and-play for any platform or developer.

Current Status

  • Live prototype on Solana Devnet
  • Sponsorship auction flow implemented
  • On-chain settlement logic operational
  • SDK and CLI under development
  • Early conversations with AI platforms and agent ecosystems

Vision

Google monetized search. Bido monetizes AI decisions.
