If you're new to web3 and Starknet, you still have the opportunity to be on the onboarding workshops. The event is inclusive—open to all. <h2>Rules and Terms</h2>Before reading the rules of this challenge, we kindly advise you to check our General User Terms &amp; Conditions and Privacy Policy of the TAIKAI Platform.Eligibility<ul><li>Attendees from all backgrounds, genders, and geographies are welcome. There is no age restriction to attend the hackathon;</li><li>Participants are advised to attend the Cairo workshops  and take part in the onboarding task to get hands-on training and experience with Cairo;</li><li>The Hackathon also has different ecosystem projects tracks. As a participant, you can create multiple projects that apply to different tracks.</li></ul>Submission ProcessOn Feb 16th, the participants will have to publish their projects on the platform.Please refer to the <a href="https://taikai.network/starkware/hackathons/starknet-winter-hackathon/categories" target="_blank">Categories tab</a> for detailed information on the required submission criteria for the ecosystem projects tracks.
