Sourceful Pocket Knives with Attachment Foundation collaborates to analyze the first challenges faced by individuals struggling with mental health issues, aiming to provide effective solutions. 

In Poland, as in many places around the world, finding initial help for mental health challenges is particularly problematic. Long waiting lists, stigma, and limited access to the right professionals can often prevent individuals from seeking the support they need when they need it the most. 

Our partnership aims to analyze and break down these barriers by identifying the key factors that make it difficult for individuals to take that first step toward getting help. Together, we are working to create accessible and effective solutions to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can access the right mental health resources quickly and easily. 

Our project focuses on creating a seamless connection between patients struggling with mental health issues and healthcare professionals through two integrated apps: Med Connect for patients and Med Connect Portal for doctors.

The project aims to simplify and streamline the process of seeking mental health care, making it easier for patients to find and connect with the right doctors, while also improving workflow efficiency for healthcare providers.
