        Being a business student majoring in marketing management, I learned how the business industry works, the importance of consumers, as well as their needs and wants. Upon joining Sociov as an intern, I realized that there are a lot of things that I still need to learn. Being assigned under the product team challenged me, but I know my strengths and capabilities will help this team. 

        One of my strengths is my communication skills. Since communication is a two-way process, I can say that I can communicate myself very well to others and vice versa. I believe good communication is essential to the team because we need to communicate with consumers and also with competitors. I am a fast learner and am always seeking new learnings. It is important to be open to new learning to grow as a person and as a part of the team. I am also a flexible person. I can do whatever is given to me and I can adapt to changes easily. Lastly, I am an imaginative person, in a way that I am always thinking outside the box. By having this, I can help the team to formulate new possible ways on how to deal with the fast-changing market. 

        With these strengths and capabilities of mine, I believe I could contribute to the success of my team and most importantly to Sociov. It might not be a lot but I believe that everything can be learned and improved.
