A Norwegian innovation leader operating at the intersection of aerospace, autonomous systems, and operational technology, with a career spanning nearly two decades of building and scaling technology-driven capabilities.

With roots in the insurance and special risk sector, he transitioned into advanced aerial systems early, becoming a test pilot and developer within RPAS environments. His work has included payload system testing, operational deployment of UAV platforms, and development of visual communication tools for remotely piloted systems. 

He has held executive and operational leadership roles across multiple organizations, including serving as head of aerial operations and leading C3 (Command, Control and Communications) development. His work has focused on enabling scalable multi-aircraft operations through initiatives such as MFI (Multi Pilot Flight Initiative) and MAPS (Multi Aircraft Piloting Systems), bridging the gap between experimental aviation and real-world industrial deployment. 

As a serial entrepreneur and current leader within industrial drone operations, he has been central in advancing the use of aerial robotics for inspection, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. His experience spans regulatory frameworks, operational scaling, and integration of autonomous systems into complex environments. 

His expertise aligns closely with modern ISR and C-UAS domains, particularly in the integration of distributed sensors, real-time data flows, and adaptive operational concepts. He combines hands-on technical experience with strategic leadership, enabling rapid innovation in environments where situational awareness and system interoperability are critical.

Driven by a strong operational mindset, he focuses on translating emerging technologies into practical capability—whether in industrial, civil, or defense-related contexts—where speed, resilience, and precision are decisive factors.
