Hi! I'm Tiago, a software developer and team leader at Impresa, one of the major portuguese media groups.I have a Network Communications and Multimedia Engineering degree, from ISEL (Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa).My software development career began as a backend developer and since then I was getting closer and closer to the full stack badge.As a backend developer, my main language is Java, mostly vanilla, with Maven as build tool. My background on databases is mostly PostgreSQL. At frontend, PHP (Symphony, Silex, Twig) and, of course, Javascript with jQuery, Lodash, RequireJS (no fancy frameworks also).Things I'm curious about: software architecture, microservices, reliability, scalability, containerization, mobile development, ReactJS, React Native, and so on and so on…I'm also curious about competitive programming but haven't got the opportunity to joint the community.

Aside from the coding world, I like sports a lot, travel to new destinations (I wish I had time and money to do it more often), and I'm interested in global politics, space, environment and veganism.
