Wanda is an AI account manager for condominium administrators. Residents write the way they already do, by email or WhatsApp, and Wanda answers. In our business case, she lifts an administrator's operating margin from 15% to 65%.
Every message reaches Wanda first. She answers fee questions from the ledger, opens repair tickets for the Operations agent, and passes new prospects to the Sales agent. A separate Reviewer agent checks every reply before it goes out and holds anything doubtful for a person. If a turn fails, it is retried and then handed to a human.
All four agents run on GrokBot. Postgres is the system of record, holding residents, units, every conversation, every task and the ledger.
Two people built it by vibecoding, each with Claude in Cursor, and Nuno also with GrokBot. The AIs stay aligned through a shared framework in the repo: common rules, issues as the task board, one log per action, and CI on every change.
