Description

AI Delivery Agent Intelligent automation for engineering document quality assurance

The problem GEG is a civil engineering design firm. Every project combines several disciplines, some developed in-house and others by external partners, and GEG is responsible for the whole delivery. At each milestone we receive hundreds, sometimes thousands, of files: drawings, BIM models, calculation reports, cost estimates and technical specifications, in PDF, DWG, XLS, IFC and RVT. Each file has to be checked for correct naming, confirmed against the deliverables list, and reviewed for code compliance and consistent cross-references across disciplines. Done by hand, this is slow, repetitive and error-prone, and it puts quality at risk right when deadlines are tightest.

Our solution AI Delivery Agent is a multi-agent AI platform that automates this checking. You give it instructions in plain language. It reads the project's deliverables register, turns the naming rules into validation checks, and analyses the delivery folder. Then it reports what's correct, what's missing, what has the wrong revision and what shouldn't be there. Every decision stays under human approval.

What the demo shows

  • A chat-based agent that understands the deliverables list (LOD) and the project's naming convention.
  • An automatic comparison between the register and the delivered files, with clear results: correct, missing, wrong revision and unexpected files.
  • Support for several LLM providers (xAI Grok by default), in Portuguese and English.
  • Deterministic checks for accuracy, with AI for interpretation and explanation.

What's next

  • Autonomous skill generation: Connect agents that create and run new validation procedures from natural-language instructions.
  • Advanced document analysis: checks on drawing contents, metadata, revisions and technical requirements.
  • BIM integration: quality assurance for models and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Project memory: approved rules, project knowledge and reusable validation skills, kept over time.
  • Enterprise integration: connections to document management platforms and collaborative workflows.

Our vision: turn engineering quality assurance from a repetitive manual process into an intelligent, adaptable and increasingly autonomous workflow.
