Controlo de Obra ties Gestão (office) and Campo (field) into one loop. Compromisso is the weekly commitment view: initial plan vs current plan, change reasons, confirmed hours/productivity, open impediments, and at-risk tasks — so supervisors see reality, not a stale board.
Chefe is our Grok bot attention agent: a deterministic “round” over the same operational domain that surfaces critical / attention / info alerts with deep links into Compromisso and Acompanhar. Demo-ready without paid model calls; the HTTP contract matches what a future MCP bot would call.
