Fast-track from kickoff to production
The problem. Engineering finishes, and only then does purchasing start. Quality waits for the file. Planning closes at the end. Lead time is the sum of those waits.
The solution. All four teams open the same job the same day. If the rule passes, nobody is called. With no block, the production order is released.
The rule approves. It compares a number on the part with a Quantal limit. It does not sign. On the test arm every number fits, and the order leaves. Only a block stops the order.
The tool. One portfolio, four gates, one date.
The other systems. This does not replace CAD, the ERP, or the quality dossier. It says whether the job can move, and it prepares the packet. Today that packet goes to whoever releases the order. Tomorrow stock comes from the ERP and the decision goes back.
