AI agents that keep your company database up to date - with proof!

Records for clients, suppliers and partners go out of date without anyone noticing. Companies move their headquarters, change address or close, and nobody updates the database.

Checking records one by one is slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong. A new branch office looks like a headquarters move. A web page turns out to be about a different company with a similar name. UpData automates the checking without putting data quality at risk.

How it works

1. 1. Research Agent: looks up each company data stored in the database in official and public sources.
2. 2. Audit Agent: compares the evidence found with the stored record and decides what to do. It proposes an update, keeps the record as it is, or abstains when the evidence isn't enough.
3. 3. Human approval: every proposal comes with its source, the exact snippet and the reason for the change. Nothing changes until a person approves it, and doubtful cases go to review instead of being marked as confirmed.

The solution was developed using Cursor and Grok 4.7 to build it's backend and frontend (see code here).
