The requirements gathering process in most companies is currently extremely time-consuming and often lacks the accuracy and efficiency needed to achieve the best results.
With this platform, our goal is to streamline and optimise this process, saving our clients valuable time while ensuring greater accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness throughout every stage.
At the same time, we aim to centralise all relevant information in a single platform, enabling better organisation, management, and collaboration.
One of the platform’s key features is audio/video transcription, including discussions and debates between the listener and the AI. We will use the Grok API, following the recommendations of field engineers, who consider it the best option for engineering training, to obtain the transcription and generate the best checklists, perfectly tailored to the client we are working with.
Another key objective is to provide clients with full visibility into every stage of the process, allowing them not only to track progress but, more importantly, to actively participate and contribute their feedback, insights, and requirements.
However, this platform should not be seen as a solution exclusively designed for IT.
Every organisation, regardless of its industry, has internal processes that can be improved, meetings that generate minutes and action items, and workflows that could benefit from greater structure, transparency, and efficiency.
