My name is Ragnheiður Lilja and I am from Reykjavik Iceland.

I am a co-founder/owner of Treatably, as well as serving a the CEO. Treatably is a health based startup solution for people dealing with a chronic auto-immune disorder like thyroid diseases.

Along with working at Treatably, I am also a student at Reykjavik University pursuing a dual undergraduate degree in law and business graduating in spring 2022.

My work background is mostly in customer services. After working different part-time jobs as a teenager I started working for Já hf. as a customer service agent, Já is an information based service maintaining the biggest information database in the country and used to publish the phone book. In my years working there I worked my way up en eventually became head of customer services and was responsible for everything concerning that department, from budget plans, to human resources and marketing. I was also responsible for restructuring the department while it transitioned from being just a front end customer service, to also working on projects within the company.
