## The problem

In Vietnam, many young people from rural areas, orphans and people with disabilities fail job interviews. The reason is rarely a lack of ability. They have never practiced an interview, and no one gives them honest feedback. Career mentors at nonprofits want to help, but they can only coach a few people at a time.

## Our solution

HireReady is an AI interview coach built for nonprofits that support disadvantaged youth.

- **Practice anytime, in any language:** an AI interviewer runs realistic, role-specific interviews in the learner's own language. The roles are waiter, sales assistant, receptionist, factory worker and IT intern. The interviewer asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague, just like a real recruiter.

- **Clear feedback:** after each session, an AI coach scores clarity, confidence, concrete examples and attitude. It also shows a better version of each answer.

- **Human in the loop:** nonprofit mentors see every learner's progress. Learners who keep struggling are flagged automatically, so mentors spend their time where it matters most.

## How it works

1. The learner picks a job role and a language, and can paste a real job description.

2. The **Interviewer Agent** runs a 6–8 question interview, grounded in a question bank for that role.

3. The **Coach Agent** reviews the full conversation and returns a structured scorecard with suggestions.

4. The learner sees the results and a progress chart across sessions.

5. Mentors review flagged sessions, leave comments, and manage the question bank through an approval workflow.
