WMHS Innovation Team Project

FreeRent's Success Portal is a family-facing online hub that helps participants see their progress through FreeRent's rental assistance and financial education program. Participants will be able to check their individual goals, track milestones such as savings, debt reduction, and credit improvement, see survey results and class attendance, and find the program calendar, class recordings, and worksheets in one place.

Today, FreeRent staff track this information across program systems and share progress with families individually. The portal will make that information easier for participants to access on their own time, while giving staff a clearer way to review progress and prepare program reports. The goal is to help families recognize how far they have come, understand what steps remain, and stay connected to the resources that support their goals.
