We're building an AI-powered platform that turns their eight-step expansion process — from local needs assessment and stakeholder engagement to feasibility analysis, implementation planning, and monitoring — into a streamlined digital workflow.
The application serves as a centralized repository for key location data: local context, existing services and gaps, available infrastructure, staffing, budget, and funding sources, plus legal and regulatory considerations. AI helps the team analyze and compare contexts across locations, surface opportunities and risks, and prioritize investments with evidence.
