PetPulse is a collaborative platform that bridges the gap between everyday citizens and local animal welfare non-profits (NGOs). The application simplifies reporting stray or injured animals, automatically prioritizes incoming rescue requests based on medical severity, and routes alerts to the nearest available shelters.
