SaiSeva AI – Agents for Humanity is an Agentic AI-powered social-impact platform built on OutSystems ODC to help nonprofit organizations manage, coordinate, and scale diverse community service programs through one intelligent digital ecosystem.

The platform connects volunteers, beneficiaries, coordinators, healthcare professionals, villages, service programs, physical assets, and resources while providing secure role- and service-based access.

SaiSeva AI supports multiple service areas, including Sai Arogya Medical Camps, Premamrutha Dhara Water Projects, Education & Balavikas, NutriCare, Palliative Care & Cancer Centre support, Community Welfare, and Gosala/Animal Care.

For medical camps, the platform supports camp planning, beneficiary registration, volunteer and doctor coordination, referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care. For water projects, every installed project and asset can be digitally registered and assigned a QR code. Villagers can scan the QR code to report issues such as water interruption, leakage, low pressure, or infrastructure damage without installing an application.

Agentic AI helps prioritize service requests, coordinate volunteers, identify pending follow-ups, recommend actions, detect recurring operational issues, optimize resources, and provide a unified AI Command Center for administrators. Human approval remains central to sensitive and critical decisions.

With Super Admin, Admin, Coordinator, Doctor, and Volunteer roles, users receive access only to their assigned services and responsibilities.
