DR Frameworks — Citizen Core is a social impact architecture engineered to guarantee absolute business continuity and data privacy across mission-critical public services and citizen portals.
The solution pairs the rapid, accessible interface development of the OutSystems platform with the high-performance, resilient backend core of DR Frameworks.
Technical Pillars & Resilience:
Database Crash Immunity: Active isolation via a deterministic Circuit Breaker responding in 0.001 ms (1 microsecond), preventing database outages from taking down public services.
Privacy by Design (LGPD / GDPR): In-memory recursive telemetry sanitization module featuring HMAC-SHA256 hashing and automatic redaction of sensitive identifiers (tax IDs, emails, credentials) before any log persistence.
Ultra-Low Latency & High-Throughput: Asynchronous co-architecture in C, Rust, and Python, ensuring zero-copy efficiency and fluid citizen access even under massive traffic spikes.
