This project explores the design and implementation of an AI-powered assistant tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations. Unlike traditional businesses, nonprofits face challenges like limited funding, volunteer-based operations, and complex stakeholder coordination. The AI agent acts as a dynamic support system—automating administrative tasks, optimizing resource allocation, coordinating volunteers, and even helping with donor engagement and impact tracking.
