Harmonise

We have been working with NGO in Europe that focuses on improving farmers' well-being by building economic opportunities, enhancing working conditions for rural communities, and supporting climate change initiatives, I've realized that while many benefit from this support, countless farmers in India face tremendous hardships that often lead to tragic outcomes, including suicide. This mental health crisis isn't limited to farmers – it affects every sector and significantly impacts the economy.

After detailed discussions with psychologists and exploring the resources available through AWS for mental health, AI, and Generative AI, as well as leveraging the capabilities of OutSystems ODC to quickly develop applications, we saw a pressing need to address this issue.

Mental health still carries a stigma, making it a taboo subject for many. To combat this and create a supportive environment, we've chosen the name "Harmonise" for our app. This name evokes a sense of calm and balance, encouraging users to seek help without fear or shame.

Our goal with Harmonise is to use advanced technology and compassionate design to offer comprehensive mental health support, helping individuals navigate their challenges and fostering a healthier, more resilient society.

we will leverage standardized questions from validated Psychological tests to assess key areas such as depression, anxiety, perceived loneliness, perceived stress, job satisfaction, and suicidal risk. We will also use Generative AI to develop survey questions, followed by advanced data analysis to interpret user responses accurately, even if the phrasing of questions is flexible. By evaluating the interconnected aspects of mental health, the app aims to provide timely alerts to both users and their employers, ensuring proactive support and intervention for employee well-being.
