Our app, TechBloomHer, is a groundbreaking platform designed to empower girls and those who identify as girls in the tech industry. Despite progress in gender equality, women are still 30% less likely to be hired for tech roles than men, according to a 2023 report by TrustRadius. TechBloomHer aims to address this gap by using AI to validate sign-ups for students, volunteers, and mentors, ensuring authenticity and relevance. The app also features an AI-powered CV analysis tool that matches user profiles with job descriptions, helping bridge the skills gap and align talent with opportunities. Additionally, real-time KPI dashboards provide insights into hiring trends, learning progress, and community engagement, creating a dynamic and supportive environment for growth. After consulting with the administrators of As Raparigas do Código, we developed this app to address their key challenges and foster greater inclusion in tech.
