MIRA Sanctuary is a Web3-powered micro-finance platform that gives women fleeing crisis a private, on-chain identity and gas-free USD-pegged wallet. Using zero-knowledge attestations (age, country, sanctions) and optional NGO verification, it issues a non-transferable “SafeID” NFT, then enables instant, rules-bound USDC donations or micro-grants (only at vetted merchants, with panic-freeze protection). All transactions are transparent and auditable, yet users’ personal data remains encrypted and in their control.
