My name is May Ann Bayo, and I belong to the business development team. I am certain that I have the essential skills and abilities to contribute to the success of this project, as well as in Sociov. I have good collaboration skills, and I am good at maintaining relationships with people. I think that this is an essential skill that is needed in working on this project. One of my strengths is that I have excellent management skills. I set goals, plan and organize the projects that I’m currently working on. I am a highly organized person. I use a series of tools that would help me keep on track and I think this increases my efficiency at work. When I am working on a project, I do not want to just meet the deadline. Rather, I prefer to complete a task ahead of the schedule. This is why my time management skills are excellent. I am also capable of working under pressure. This is the reason why I enjoy working in a challenging environment. As a member of the business development team, it is crucial to have great critical thinking skills that will aid in strategizing the project's goals, and I am confident that I possess such skills. Although I am still an intern, I am highly adaptable and flexible when it comes to learning new things. I am confident that I will be able to contribute something valuable to the company's success. I am certain that I’ll be able to live up to the project's goals and contribute valuable insights to the team as well.
